24 th ALL INDIA POSTAL CULTURAL MEET 2010
The 24 th All India Postal Cultural Meet will be at BHARTIYA NRITYA KALA MANDIR & KALIDAS RANGALAYA (PATNA) w.e.f. 5 th JAN'2010 to 9 th Jan' 2010 , in which the following officers/officials/wards will participate to represent Bihar Circle Postal Cultural Team ---

The Regional Competition was held at Patna on 18.12.2009 in Patna GPO conference hall . Shri Uday Bhan Tiwari , The DA(P),Patna lit the Inaugural Lamp. Shri Ram Vilas Pandey, Ex. Sport Inspector & General Secretary , All India Swimming Association voted thanks .

UNTOLD STORY OF BUNTY AND BABALY
Bunty and Babaly were love birds belonging to Lucknow. Bunty had keen interest in Bollywood. He aimed to join there as an actor, but his ambition was not a nightmare. He planned well to start with career in modeling. He stooped to ramp to conquer his goal. Very shortly he became a celebrated model of Lucknow and got chance in a few telefilms at local level.
Babaly started her career as a journalist in local daily. She used to promote and inspire Bunty through her daily news paper. It is truly said , love has wings. Their plight came into the notice of their parents. Babaly's Papa arranged her marriage with a buisness tycoon. Babaly was perplexed now. She advised Bunty to start some occupation very soon. Bunty managed some money and departed for FILM-WORLD.
FILM-WORLD is a land of dreams. Bunty's dreams were going to fulfilled with flying colours. There he came in contact of a professional PRO. The PRO recommended him to the producers, who were in search of new faces. Bunty got a villainish role of a terrorist in his debut film. But an ill fate was awaiting him.
Raja Thakral was a local leader, struggling for existence. He discriminated between locales and outsiders. He was watching and waiting for a chance to prove that the outsiders were indulged in terrorist activity in FILM-WORLD. So he got a golden chance through Bunty's episode. He conspired with the film producer and concieved a fatal story for Bunty.
The prime day came. Bunty was taken to the shooting location. The first scene was ready to be cinematographed. Bunty had a gun in his hands and he was terrifying the passengers in a city bus. The policemen were chasing him and he was to combat them.The Director commanded him to open fire on the policemen. Bunty did accordingly. Suddenly a sepoy was shot dead. Bunty took this action as a part and parcel of acting, but he was very much wrong. The gun, the passengers and the policemen were original. Before he understood the scenario , he was encountered by the police. His dead body was recovered with an AK 47 Riffle. The fanatic leader RAJA THAKRAL got success in his plight.
Babaly smelled some thing rat. She went to FILM-WORLD to investigate the facts for her news paper. She met the same PRO in disguise of a struggler. Along with him she roamed in FILM-WORLD. Finally she got the proof against THAKRAL, who was arrested very soon. When he was interogatted, he revealed a burning truth. He said that the Northern people are successful in all the fields around the world. It provoked his jealous against North. The Hon'ble Court of Law convicted him with CAPITAL PUNISHMENT. But the news paper of Babaly could not publish this story to avoid any panic in FILM-WORLD. So it remained UNTOLD STORY OF BUNTY AND BABALY.
